Message

It is my pleasure as well as an opportunity to congratulate the organizers and the participating psychologists for organizing such a grand gathering of scholars of psychology. With the increase in population density and economic activities, the changes in human attitude, belief, value system and overall behavior patterns are manifested in a diverse fashion; sometimes in an adverse way. Societal norms and bondage are being loosened. Restlessness, intolerance, disrespect and non-conformity of laws and customs are expressed every-where in the society. Environment is being polluted and social harmony is under threat.

I do believe that this august gathering will come up with appropriate recommendations to address these issues.
